Codex server permissions
Controlled discovery, connection approval and saved commands.
What changed
- Server/folder discovery is opt-in; connection requests can be denied or approved once or persistently.
- Added bulk access management and a manual connection form whose credentials are entered in the app.
- Codex can review, save and edit permitted commands with separate library permission; saving does not execute.
