Email [email protected]. Include the Termilino version, macOS version, Mac architecture, steps to reproduce and what you expected to happen. Remove addresses, usernames, passwords, tokens and private terminal output from screenshots.
Connection or host-key issue
Check the host, port, credentials and selected VPN profile. If a server key changed, confirm the new fingerprint with the administrator before accepting it. Review the connection message in Termilino; do not send private-key files to support.
Codex cannot find a tab
Confirm that integration is connected and the SSH tab is explicitly shared. A private, revoked, reconnected or closed tab is unavailable. Check viewing/control and pause state. After first setup, reconnect MCP or restart Codex. Reconnect the integration if the app moved.
